Data and privacy

HTML4SEO by Cloud VGP
Contact: support@html4seo.com

Your account

The service uses your name and email address to identify you and link your sites and subscriptions to your account. Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes. If you choose Google, your identity and verified email address are used to sign you in.

Your sites

We store the domains, origin addresses, DNS verification results and rendering events needed to operate the service. The engine visits public pages and caches their HTML content. Visitors' session cookies are not sent to the rendering engine.

Payments

Stripe handles subscriptions and payments. The service stores billing IDs, subscription statuses and the information needed to track your payments. html4seo does not store bank card numbers.

Sign-in and local storage

A sign-in token is stored in the browser: for the tab if you do not choose to stay signed in, or in local storage if you do. Temporary cookies secure Google sign-in. The site chosen during setup is also remembered in the browser.

The HTML cache

A page is considered fresh for one hour. An older copy may be kept for another 24 hours to allow a background refresh. Operational logs, account data and billing information have separate retention cycles.

Your requests

For a request to access, correct or delete your data, write to support@html4seo.com from the address linked to your account. Some billing information may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations.
